    hello,

the extremly annoying error from the 7.0 release still exists in 7.1, making myEclipse impossible to use at all. Every action like double clicking a file, left mouse button, navigating in the firectory etc. takes between 2 and 10 seconds. if a file (for instance a jsp) is open and one wants to open another one, the action takes so long time, that the second file does not open, instead the focus after some seconds returns to the first opened file.

If one clicks (one click) on a file and afterwards on another (one click) it takes several seconds to have the second file selected.

    regards Jürgen

    rateoty,
Do you have any EAR projects open in your workspace ? Can you please close the EAR projects and check if that improves the performance.

Let me know what result you get. Thank you.

    hello,

there are no open ear projects. I have some war projects + 2 ejb projects open. The projects are all maven projects; their .classpath and .project are not created in myEclipse but created via copy/paste from an existing project. The problems did occur even with only 2 existing projects which worked fine in ME 6.5.

    regards Jürgen

I’ve got the same problem (double click), see: https://www.genuitec.com/forums/topic/double-click-in-package-explorer/&highlight=double+click
    Still no response from MyEclipse.
