Editing JSP pages cause very very slow Eclipse response.

Editing JSP pages cause very very slow Eclipse response like it hangs every operation you do. It could be copy paste/saving the JSP.
This is ridiculous. Any solution to this?
Java files works just fine problem with only the JSP pages.

We have standard myEclipse license. We are facing the same problem in most of the m/cs.

One more info:
The CPU usage gets very high (>90%) when we edit the JSP pages.
