I have been trying to install the plugin EnterpriseWorkbenchInstaller_4.0.3GA_E3.1.exe for my eclipse3.1 inorder to use UML on Windows2000prof OS and having got the error–
“Can’t launch executable.
Could not create Java VM.

LaunchAnywhere Error.”

Can any one help me in this Issue.

Rajesh,
Do you have any Java VM installed? If not you will need it to run Eclipse and subsequently MyEclipse.

Rajesh,

The problem is likely due to the installer selecting an incompatible JRE to
run with. Rather than trying to figure out specifically what’s wrong, the
fastest way to a working installation is to simply download and install
using the manual installation archive that’s also available in the downloads
section of the website. Manual installation instructions are available on
the portal here:
