I followed the “Offline Upgrade Instructions” (based on a recent post) and received the following error after the install when I manually restarted MyEclipse (with the -clean) option to verify my version upgrade…

Unable to restore perspective: Workspace – MyEclipse.
Could not create views: com.genuitec.eclipse.sqlexplorer.plugin.views.DatabaseView
com.genuitec.eclipse.sqlexplorer.plugin.views.SQLResultView
com.genuitec.eclipse.sqlexplorer.plugin.views.SQLHistoryView
com.genuitec.eclipse.sqlexplorer.plugin.views.ConnectionInfo
com.genuitec.eclipse.sqlexplorer.plugin.views.TableInfoView

I don’t believe this is a major problem. I am assuming that it simply did not restore some views I had open on my UI, but that no damage is done… is this a correct assumption? I just want to be sure.

Other than that, the upgrade seems to have occurred, based on the “features installed” info displayed in “Help> About Eclipse Platform”.

Absolutely right. Just a information message, this even occurs sometimes when updating between test versions for us. Nothing big.
