CodeMix shows a lot of errors when using variables or function that are global but are in other js files written in es5. Is there a way to get CodeMix to “import” or somehow declare these so Eclipse isn’t filled with fake errors? It makes it impossible to see if there are any real ones.

Sorry that you are seeing this problem. I did try to replicate the problem at my end but do not see any errors.

Can you please share with us a sample project which exhibits the problem to help us replicate it at our end?
You can attach the zipped project (minus node_modules folder) here. Also share with us a screenshot of the errors being reported to help us get a visual.
