The selected server is enabled, but is not configured properly. Deployment
to it will not be permitted until the problem is corrected. Please navigate to the server preference pages and verify the field with the prompt.

i can not find it where to set JDK directory for Appilcation Servers.

Window > Preferences > MyEclipse > Application Servers > [CHOOSE YOUR SERVER] > JDK, click Add, and configure a JDK (not a JRE) to run your app server with. Hit OK and OK again, then deplouy and run.
