Sorry that you are seeing this issue.

Can you please give us some more information ?

1. Please share the MyEclipse Installation Details from MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details.

2. Are you on a single user license ? You need to make sure at any given time the number of MyEclipse instances opened is not exceeding the number of users allowed on the license. For example : If you are on single-user license ensure that at any given time you are not logged in from multiple machines using the same license key.

3. Please switch to a new workspace, replicate the issue and send us the screenshot of the issue to help us get a visual. Also please share the .log file which is located at <workspace dir>/.metadata/.log to help us investigate further.

4. Please send me a Private Message with the Subscriber name and the Subscription code (from MyEclipse->Subscription Information) for the license that you are using so that we can check if there is something amiss with the license.Also share details of the environment and the number of machines running MyEclipse when the error occurs.

Your problem was due to the fact that you were using a MobiOne key with MyEclipse and they aren’t compatible.

Can you please clarify if you are already using MyEclipse ?
Licensed MobiOne users are free to use MyEclipse. Please send an email to sales@genuitec.com along with your MobiOne license details and request for MyEclipse license key.

You can download the latest installer for MyEclipse 2015 from here : https://www.genuitec.com/products/myeclipse/download/

Can you please send us the license details you are currently using to activate MyEclipse ?
Please email them to swapna@genuitec.com along with a reference to this post. Also please share the MyEclipse Version and Build Id details from Help > About section of the MyEclipse IDE.
