error on new project switc to perspective [Closed]

I have just installed myeclipse on linx box, debian, jdk1.4.0 + eclipse 2.1.1.
When I create a new project and I must to switch to myeclipse perspective, eclipse crashes.
what about?

That’s extremely odd and we apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please post all the information we request in the Posting Guidelines forum, including any log entries? That should allow us to get to the bottom of the issue.

Ok, it works. I have clean out old .metadata dir.
