Dear Friends,
I recently downloaded eclipse and also the Matisse4myeclipse. i installed both of them . But i am facing a peculiar problem. I can open the Swing perspective but when i open the form an error message appears which says “Error Opening editor”.
I cannot open the form file.
It throws a java.lang.NullPointerException.

Have i done anything wrong in installing. i have followed the guidelines to install and installed accordingly. first i installed myeclipse and then downloaded mattise4myeclipse from the discovery site and updated myeclipse using ‘New Archived Site’

Please Help me install myeclipse with matisse4myeclipse.

Satish,
You wokring with a milestone release of MyEclipse. Can you go to our download page and download the MyEclipse 6.0.1 GA All in One installler and use that to setup MyEclipse to a brand new location. Now setup Matisse like you did before and test if it works.

Sorry for my late response..
I dowloaded the MyEclipse GA and installed Matisse4myeclipse following the same steps i did previously. But still i get the same error.
java.lang.NullPointerException.
The problem is related to the form editor because it says it cannot load the form editor.
