Hello,

I’ve downloaded myeclipse-7.5.0-win32.exe and tried to install it, but getting the “Error Preparing Installer” message.
I did a site search and have read some of the messages that have similar error. I’ve tried to install Pulse and also getting the same error message.

I’m able to install other software using window installer without any problems.

Please help!!!

Hi,

I’ve resolved the problem. Apparently, there’s a Genuitec folder already existed in my C:\ Program Files… so I deleted and was able to install myeclipse.
