devo5183Memberi have redownloaded the installer and removed all bad installations but it still will not install
support-michaelKeymasterI’m sorry to hear you are having installation problems. Can you provide the following as we research this further:
1) Check your Windows temp directory for any log files named with the following patterns and send them to support at genuitec dot com with title “MobiOne installer diagnostics”:
pulse-one-<number>.log
MobiOne-support-2010-MM-DD-HH-MM.zip2) Need Platform details
a) Window OS [xp,vista,win7]:b) Installation path [default, custom]:
If custom path was used please provide the full path; we recommend you try the default installer pathc) User privileges [administrator, guest, other]:
