    I get this error although I bought a subscription through 2007-02-20. This data is also shown in the Subscription Detail Panel of the Update Subscription Window …

    sup?

    The subscriptioncode was sent to me on 9/15/05 (I bought a new subscription early :), but now it does not work any more …

    Please advise on what I have to do …

    What version of MyEclipse are you using? Is this a standard or professional license? You can find the exact MyEclipse version from the MyEclipse menu, then the “About MyEclipse” item.

    It is the Pro Edition:

    MyEclipse Enterprise Workbench
    Verrsion: 4.0 Milestone 2
    BuildId: 20050627-4.0-Milestone-2

    The issue is that the pro keys can’t be understood by the 4.0 milestone builds. You’ll need to update to MyEclipse 4.1.1 and that will resolve the problem most effectively. You can do that through the update manager with the instructions provided here:
