What version of MyEclipse are you using? Is this a standard or professional license? You can find the exact MyEclipse version from the MyEclipse menu, then the “About MyEclipse” item.
The issue is that the pro keys can’t be understood by the 4.0 milestone builds. You’ll need to update to MyEclipse 4.1.1 and that will resolve the problem most effectively.
