sai147MemberHi Octavio,
I am getting this browser error when I try to run the simulator.
After Resetting Simulator state, the mobile web simulator still does not work .
OS: win 7
Chrome: version 35.0.1916.153 m (up to date)
Mobi: 2.6.2 Paid versionI desperately need support to fix this issue.
Thanks
sai147
Code_AMemberHave you tried deleting your m1 profile to see if that helps? Maybe it is corrupt. Instructions on how to do this can be found at the bottom of this thread viewtopic.php?f=8&t=6979

This Instruction is for OS:window8 only.

I have already tried all these steps.
————————————-
1) shut down mobione
2) open file explorer and nav to <userhomedir>/AppData/Local/Temp
3) delete the directory named: mobione_mobilewebsimulator_userdata
4) restart mobione, cross fingers/knock wood and launch the simulator: Tools menu> Open Mobile Web Simulator
————————————-
But I can not find the directory named: mobione_mobilewebsimulator_userdata in windows 7 ultimate.
My OS is windows 7 ultimate.
Code_AMemberThe instructions are for windows, by looking at the screen capture it appears to be from windows7. Did you try it?

My OS is windows 7 ultimate. Please make sure hidden files are visible so you can access to that directory.
Also, is it possible that Mobione was installed from another acount? So the mobile data sim directory would be something like: C:/Users/Sai/AppData/Local/Temp
Lastly, have you tried to uninstall and reinstall it?
sai147MemberI had followed all these steps
1)reinstall mobione
2) open file explorer and nav to <userhomedir>/AppData/Local/Temp
3) delete the directory named: mobione_mobilewebsimulator_userdata
4) restart mobione, and launch the simulator: Tools menu> Open Mobile Web SimulatorBut I am getting the same issue “Unsupported Browser message”

Please share next information:
When running the web simulator and getting the error message, open the web inspector (Press F12), go to Consle tab and share the content with us: See attachment console.png
Note that the empty content in the screenshot may contain more info on your side.

FumioUedaParticipantHi octavio,
It worked well by doing “Reset Simulation Setting” indicated in your suggestion; http://www.genuitec.com/support-genuitec/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=7222&hilit=chrome.
Thank you,
ueda
anserMemberI think the problem could be your browser is not in developer mode
go to settings then extensions then on the top right click developer mode it may help -
