Hi, I am registered mobione user. Currently I’m using version 2.6 and trying to upgrade to the latest version which is ver 2.6.2. Unfortunately, installation has giving me an error. Please refer to the attachment. Pls advise.

Note: Im using Windows 7 running on iMAC using Parallels Desktop.

If you havent yet, try uninstalling Mobione first, then install the newer version. I have to do this on each one.

As CincyPlanet suggested please try uninstalling and reinstall Mobione, if the problem continues let us know.
