Error when installing on Windows XP – BUG, RESEARCHING

    I keep getting this same error when installing:

    I’ve tried three different times. HELP!!

    Working on it asap. Responded to other threads that this is high priority issue.

    Q: can you help us try out a special installer that captures more info about the failure state you are seeing? If yes, I should be able to provide you something to try early next week (Nov 22).

    We have a strikeforce team working on fixing all installer problems asap. But we need your help to identify the exact cause your installation problems so that we can fix them. Please review that thread and send us your support bundles.
