Stephen EatonMemberSince playing around with pulse yesterday, this morning when I fired up myeclipse I now get the following errors.
“Checking workspace has encounted a problem” Error checking updates to workspace configuration. Error checking for updates to workspace configuration
Unrecognized user identifier [8d313bdc-f5b1-4af2-b841-00ded725fd56]
This occurs when first firing up myeclipseIt appears to be a pulse account login issue? where do I check the settings within myeclipse.
I get the same error if I go into any of the Help | software updates pages.
Also when I go to the manage with pulse exploere I get an unexpected error
the log out put from the the pulse .log file

support-joyMemberHey madeinoz.
Sorry to hear of this problem. Can you please check in your [MyEclipse installation directory] if myeclipse.ini file exists? Have you tried to re-install MyEclipse? I would recommend you to re-install using pulse. Open pulse explorer, go to MyProfiles, right click on MyEclipse 7.0, it will display you a context menu, you can click on [Install]/[Install and Run]/[Reinstall and run]. Let me know if this works.
Stephen EatonMemberThanks for the reply,
I did a standard re-install (not from pulse) and now all is working. However I’ll keep the re-install from pulse in mind for the future.
Thanks,
Stephen…
support-joyMemberGood to hear Stephen that your problem is resolved.
