is there an exaple for creating a webservice using @MTOM in myeclipse.

We don’t have any example with @MTOM annotation. We have couple of other white papers and tutorials listed here – http://www.myeclipseide.com/module-htmlpages-display-pid-7.html
I would recommend you to research over the net.
