    SVN worked fine in MyEclipse, but I ran a MyEclipse update today and all of the sudden I get the above warning (have a whole list of them). What could the issue be?

    What version of MyEclipse are you working with. Can you paste the installation details (MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details) here for me.

    Which update patch did you apply? Do you have these warnings recorded in the log file? You get these warning when you work with the SVN?

    I uninstalled SVN and then reinstalled it and that seems to have resolved the issue.
