I configure differnet servers and each time I attempt to start a server, the console does not show up, I don’t see an error mesaage and it looks like the start command is ignored.

    What’s wrong with my environment?

I can’t tell until I know what your environment is; you haven’t told me yet. 🙂

I’ve moved this post to the support forum. Please post a followup that contains the information requested in the ‘Posting Guidelines’ thread in that forum and we should be able to figure out what’s going on.

For closure, this was resolved externally. The user was using a 1.3.1 IBM JDK with JIT enabled to launch Eclipse. This JDK contained a bug that kept Eclipse from running properly. Launching Eclipse with a 1.4.2 JDK resolved the issue.
