Under the preferences -> Java -> Code Style tab, there is a Formatter option that allows fine tuning of how reformatting works for .java files. But there doesn’t seem to be the same option for jsp, html or any of the other editors provided by MyEclipse. Am I just not finding them or am I truely stuck with the default?

I would at least like a way to use the java formatting options with javascript, any way to get that to happen?

Sorry, but at the moment the formatters for HTML and JSP can’t really be fine-tuned. They use your tabs/spaces settings for the editor, but that unfortunately about it at this time. You might want to post an enhancement request on our Feature Requests forum.
