Using the mobione app, I have added a hypertext link, formatted the font to be Verdana, plain, 11pts. and after publishing, it reverts the text to the default style. I even went into the .css file and made the change, even went so far as to adding new .css tag for the font, but it still is not working.

I uploaded an image to illustrate. The left image is from the MobiOne tool, and shows the correct font style and the right image is from the preview window.

Interesting! To me it looks like font styling code may not have been created correctly. I passed this over to our HTML/CSS expert to review. A couple of questions:

    1) if you create a new design that includes a Link component with the same font does it render correctly in the Test Center?

    2) can you share your mobi design file and the generated code with us for investigation? Send a zip archive of the file to support at genuitec dot com with the subject “MobiOne font problem”.

Please see attached files. Plus, I sent an email to Shari yesterday, with the following questions:

Here are a couple of my issues that I am having:

    1. Using the mobione app, I have added a hypertext link, formatted the font to be Verdana, plain, 11pts. and after publishing, it reverts the text to the default style. I even went into the .css file and made the change, even went so far as to adding new .css tag for the font, but it still is not working.
    2. Combobox drop down. I checked out the only post at http://www.genuitec.com/support-mobione/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=1346 and tried the suggested solution but it did not work. I want to replace

I investigated the “Link text style lose” problem. Seems it was a known bug that has been fixed in our development stream. The next release will include it.

Giving the combo width issue a look now.

An update with the Link format fix is planned for early next week.
