edited: tagged as closed after upgrading Chrome exe

I thought I’d try installing GapDebug today but…

“Open Debug tools…” doesn’t do anything.

I can inspect the app on the android phone in chrome://inspect

Windows 10
Version 2015 update 5 (2.1)

What am I missing?

Hi deejbee,

Couple of questions to help us to locate the problem:

1. Is your Google Chrome installed in a default folder? Could you please open GD setting and check that Chrome folder is correct?
2. Could you open http://localhost:8080 in your Chrome browser and check if you see GapDebug UI?

OK I fixed it.

The settings was pointing to a very old (non working) version (23) of chrome in \AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application.

I deleted that folder.

Uninstalled Chrome
Uninstalled GapDebug
Install Chrome
Install GapDebug

Works.
