I recompiled my landscape-only iOS native app using Genuitec Cordova 2.9.1. During initial app launch, the load screen appears fine for a moment, before then turning to portrait mode (partially offscreen) and upside down. This is all while the app is loading. I tried capturing a video, but xRec is shut down in iOS 7.

Did it work fine before you recompiled? I ran into issues with my splash screen not loading after recompiling. Not sure if it is a similar issue to mine or not but I fixed it by moving the mobi files and _custom.js to a new directory and recompiling the project. Might be worth a shot to give it a try.

What ios device(s) are you building your app for (iphone, ipad, universal)?
What ios device(s) are you testing your app on?
Do you have the same issue if you use the default startup image?
