Hi Wayne,

Another HTML/CSS change I tried manually in the MobiOne source files…

One of the great oh’s-and-ah’s of the iPhone is the glossy icons/buttons (image buttons)… it’s amazing how people react to that… anyway, I have one app with tons of thumbs/icons but they aren’t glossy/beveled, they’re just flat (or maybe it’s there and I don’t know how to do it)… the difference in perception is big so I tried this trick:

Maybe it is something you’re considering in a future release?

If not, I’ll wait until I can make modifications to the source and try it that way…

We have plans to improve the springboard (homescreen) soon including improved app icon presentation. Other fundamentals are getting higher priority atm. Hope to be able to say something more about this soon.

I think he meant the ability to make the buttons in the designer glossy, rather then referring to the simulator.
