I’m trying 7.0 M2 on a moderately old Red Hat Linux and am doing Seam development. (uname -a returns: Linux gryphon 2.6.9-11.ELsmp #1 SMP Fri May 20 18:26:27 EDT 2005 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux)
I opened a project and got the popup “MyEclipse Project Upgrade” which describes “excellent” JSDT features and suggests that I “See MyEclipse JavaScript Development and Debugging Tutorial for details” I clicked the link and entered a loop of popup windows about the gnome-panel application quitting….
Now, I’m going to have to spend time rebuilding my gnome application toolbar. One of the challenges is finding the icon to go with the launcher for MyEclipse because it’s one of many icons buried under plugins…. Not fun….
