My firm recently received its Subscriber and Subscription Key from the folks at My Eclipse IDE.

Within eclipse, Window => Preferences => MyEclipse => Subscription

Entered the newly received Subscriber and Subscription Code in the Subscription Dialog.

Press/Click OK…and nothing happens. The dialog remains. All I (and all my colleagues) can do is click Cancel.

What am I (are we) missing here?
