I noticed in the custom buttons sample, the bottom nav. buttons are grouped. I’d like to create a custom icon for the button but I can’t figure out how to replace the accessory image.

Also, there are other items I’d like to group. Can this be done?

Currently it is challenging to create a layered custom button with image and text. The issue is that custom button is not a proper container (yet). In the next release you will be able to layout an image and custom text within a custom-button. But that does not help you now.

What you can try is to delete the accessory image and then overlay your custom image in its place.

Yea, I’m looking forward to the next release.

I tried building a button with the icon overlaid, but the transition area was too small. No biggie, I got lots o’ time to build this app.
