how can i config ejb-xdoclet use jrun server in myeclipse.

You will want to follow our EJB development guide here: http://www.myeclipseide.com/images/tutorials/quickstarts/firstejb/

But be sure to use the appropriate tags from the jrun library as defined here: http://xdoclet.sourceforge.net/xdoclet/tags/macromedia-tags.html
