I think you might find more help on the eclipse SWT newsgroups. I would suggest researching your “want to change it into SWT” a little more and post specific questions however. Why do you want to move to SWT? Does anyone on the team know SWT? How much time do you have? Is the cost of that port worth anything to your company? etc. etc.

Have a look at Window Builder Pro from Instantiations (www.instantiations.com). It supports building UIs in both Swing and SWT.

And there are ways in which you can embed an existing Swing app in SWT widgets and controls, with some hacking. I wonder if that is good enough for you.

    Best,
    Brian.

    bad news.
The example from the book I found can change successfully, but when I do the same thing to my work, it didn’t work well.

thanks to Support-Brian, embed the swing app in swt is a good idea, but what i want is still how to change the swing app to swt

I did a google search and came across this:
    http://www.swtguibuilder.com/

They claim to have a Swing to SWT conversion utility (SWT GUI Builder), but I have no familiarity with it.
