    Would like to see more abilities for round trip engineering. Primarily, would like to be able to have a wizard to go from POJO to hib xml. Would like to be able to click a property in a java bean, and jump directly to its definition in a hib.xml file.

    Also, validation tools would be nice.

    A lot of these features will be forthcoming (after 3.8 GA). Please add any other items you want to see and I will get them into our issue tracking.
