Ralf.RapudeMemberHiho,
we’re still not able to buy three licences. It was our third attempt to pay and it fails again. The first time the ordernumber has been lost. So we’ve ordered three licences again in order to pay by credit card. HORRIBLE. We don’t want a Paypal Account. We also don’t want to pay 1.95 for anything. We just want to pay the price for three licences without a form jungle. So we tried again and … it failed. Paypal was not able to verify something I don’t understand and afterwards the sum we have to pay was 0$. Is there no other way to pay by credit card in an uncomplicated way? A nightmare…items
Ralf,
It’s unfortunate that you had to go through a series of bad experiences with Paypal. Paypal should not charge anyone for sending payments to MyEclipse. We assume all processing fees, not our customers.
The three issues that cause recurring payment hassles with Paypal include:
1. Assuming that you must have an existing Paypal account to use your credit card. That is not the case. Simply select the “If you have never paid through PayPal, Click here” option to complete the payment form including Paypal password and security measures. Upon completion you should receive two emails within 5 minutes (depending on your email server):
a.Paypal payment confirmation
b.MyEclipse upgrade confirmation with included Membership access key for the Enterprise Workbench.2. Logging on with a personal Paypal account, and trying to pay with a different credit card than what is on file. Paypal security – as it should – will not allow this type of transaction. Instead, you should log-out, go back to the MyEclipse portal, select the Upgrade button, and select the “If you have never paid through PayPal, Click here” option. Alternatively, you can add the new card to your Paypal account and then try to upgrade your membership.
3. Trying to pay with a corporate American Express Card. American Express doesn’t allow Paypal to accept corporate cards. For corporate American Express cards, we can process these payments directly with AMX. Please use the form available at http://www.myeclipseide.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=Recommend_Us&file=payment_options#amx. We will process these forms within 24 hours, and email the upgrade confirmation.
If you continue to have problems with Paypal, please review the additional payment options available at:

Ralf.RapudeMemberHi again,
as you mentioned in 1. we’ve tried to act. But when we submit the form, Paypal says that 89$ is above the limit we’re allowed to pay and therefore we have to pay 1,95 by credit card (so that we have to pay only87$ the next time).
They further say that with the next state of the credit card which will show the booking of 1,95$ we will get a four digit number, which is important to verify the account (which we never want) we’ve created and then the limit we’re allowed to pay will be high enough to pay 89$.
But we will get the next state in four weeks and I suppose it is ridiculous to act like Paypal did. I mean it is just a simple payment by credit card and not more. So they offer additional features, but in our opinion they also force customers to use those features without giving an opportunity to say that they don’t want all this stuff.Regards
