I wanted know if I can host the app in my sever after having the licence ? What is procedure to host any app which I build using mobione after getting the licence . I would require answer for this ASAP to move forward to buy the licence.

I also wanted know if mobione is MEAP or MCAP solution .

Android: you can provide a direct link to the app .apk file which will download to an android device when the link is selected. User then clicks the .apk file downloaded to his device to start the installation process.
