Hi,

Since I tried to use the eclipse update manager to view the available updates for myeclipseide (there was none) the hot deploy/swap stop working.

How to enable this again ❓

I didn´t install any other updates available ❗

This is very strange. For hotswap to work, make sure you have the option under Window > Preferences > Workbench > “Perform build on resource modification” SELECTED, then make sure you have an EXPLODED deployment setup for your project (open the deployment tool) and lastly make sure the project is deployed, and the app server is started.
