I’ve generated a client server project with myeclipse using GWT, so how can i change the GWT UI to show correctly my date? for example i would show the name of the FK, not its ID…

We do not have a tutorial to create client server application using GWT. But you could refer http://www.myeclipseide.com/documentation/quickstarts/ME4STutorialScaffoldingGWT/scaffoldinggwtarticle.html – MyEclipse for Spring 9.0: GWT 2.1 and Spring Scaffolding
There are tutorials available which would guide you on how to display date in GWT for e.g – http://code.google.com/p/gwt-examples/wiki/gwtDateTime
