    Hi :

I am trying to use DB explorer to connect with mysql database in Linux RH. However, I rejected when I used same way as in windows. The return error is “Invalid authorization specification: Access denide for user ‘mysql@localhost.localdomain’ using password: YES”.

How could able to connect with mysql on Lunix. Please let me know. Thanks a lot.

    Hechun,
I suggest you try and manually connect first using the “mysql” executable and the command line args for username and psasword. MySQL is notoriously stupid for setting up user permissions and I would not be surprised if that was the problem.
