How stop validation

    Hi,
    I’ve started a new project and I added dojo sdk under the project but the IDE keep validating the package each time I start the IDE which is time consuming because there are hunderdssssssssssss of javascript files!

    You can exclude the package from validation from Project > Properties > MyEclipse > Validation > Excluded Resources. Check the folder which you wish to exclude from validation, apply and close the wizard.

    Hi,
    up to now I can’t stop validation it works every time I run the IDE although I’ve excluded the javascript files and packages… its annoying since it takes huge amount of time. please suggest a solution!

    Sorry that you are seeing this issue. I have filed a PR for the dev team and they are looking at the problem.

    Can you give us the version of MyEclipse you are working with ? Paste the Build ID here from Help > About MyEclipse Enterprise Edition > Build ID.

    To improve performance I suggest you change the JS mode to Basic mode. To change your JavaScript code analysis mode, go to Window > Preferences > MyEclipse > Files and Editors > JavaScript.
