When adding a capability the only option is XFire in ME 6.5 GA.
In the documentation it states support for JAX-WS and deprecation of XFire
If I attempt to add a Web Service to an existing app and using the bottom up approach for JAX-WS, no matter what java class I put in it says that it can’t find the bean with the error at the top of the page ” Specified bean does not exist”
Have you gone through this doc? Its not 6.5 GA pro specific but you will get an overview on how to go about things:-
