    Hello,

I purchased a SSD and want to put everything onto this disk. Therefore I installed a new myeclipse installation to this disk, but it still uses the common folder which is located on another partition.

Can you tell me how I can change the common folder of an installation?

    Thank you

    ojay78,

You could do the following – open .pulse2.locator file located in your [USER-HOME] directory. Move this directory to desired location and change this path accordingly. Refer https://www.genuitec.com/forums/topic/installation-where-are-the-myeclipse-files-and-folders/ on the location of files and folders.

Let me know how this works for you.

    ojay78,

Sorry to hear you are not able to uninstall ME or pulse. Please refer this FAQ on how to manually uninstall – https://www.genuitec.com/forums/topic/installation-how-to-manually-uninstall-myeclipse/
Once you have deleted all the relevant pulse and MyEclipse directories, please delete .pulse2.locator file. Next, you can install MyEclipse from here http://myeclipseide.com/module-htmlpages-display-pid-4.html
