Please check this tutorial about working with Git in Eclipse : http://www.vogella.com/tutorials/EclipseGit/article.html
The wizards are the same in MyEclipse as well.

I see you are still working with an outdated version of MyEclipse i.e 10.x. It is highly recommended to upgrade to the latest release of MyEclipse i.e MyEclipse 2018.

Glad that you are working with a newer release of MyEclipse. MyEclipse CI 2018.12.0 is the latest.Yes, you can apply the same instructions as the Git functionality in MyEclipse is coming from the EGit plugin which is shipped along with MyEclipse.
