when i try to debug i got this error

failed to connect to Remote VM.Connection failed

ehat does this mean and how can i solve it?

You either didn’t start your application server correctly so it could accept the incomming connection, or you are specifying the wrong port to connect to or you have a firewall running that is blocking incomming connections on that port.
