    I go to
    Project->Properties->MyEclipse Validation-
    and check “Override Validation Preferences”
    And I set explicit validation properties for that project –
    But I don’t see where those settings get changed, and I can’t check them in so that they go to all users ?

    How can I check these setting in and make them effective for all users of the project ?

    Step,
    These settings are not currently saved in your project so they cannot be checked into source control for other users to use. Although we have had requests for this in the past and I will add your comments to this feature enhancement.

    Can you tell me where they are saved ?
    So I can try and distribute the correct settings.
    Trying to control Validation Settings across multiple developers and projects has become a mojor headache, and renders the Validation Builders poretty much useless.
