I downloaded latest MyEclipse 8.5 today … 04/20/2010 … how do you configure PDT?

I try and 30 minutes later it says it needs dependencies … DLTK being one of them.

I am being forced to use Pulse to configure MyEclipse … it takes to long … it doesn’t work.

    LouMorin,
This is caused by the IE Debugger which has different dependencies on DLTK. Can you please uninstall IE Debugger before you install PDE?
The following are the steps to remove the IE Debugger –
    1. Start MyEclipse 8.5, go to Help > MyEclipse Configuration Center > Dashboard Tab
    2. Under MyEclipse Add-ons, un-check MyEclipse IE Javascript Debugger.
    3. Click on “Apply Change”.
    4. When prompted to restart the IDE, restart it.
    5. Now Install PDE.
Please refer to the following link for further reference –

Let me know if that helps.
