I want to insert an image , stored on an external place (http://www.server.com/example.jpg)

or based on a script :

<img src=”http://api.qrserver.com/v1/create-qr-code/?data=HelloWorld&size=100×100&#8243; alt=”” title=”” />

How can I do this ?

Referencing external images is not yet supported. Thus you would need to download and reference the image locally in the designer.

We have an enhancement request for referencing external images but it is a ways down in the queue.
