Hi,

The sample looks like a basic auto complete routine which can be implemented using JQuery UI: http://jqueryui.com/autocomplete/

We don’t have the resources to actually create apps for users, but if you are having a specific problem we are glad to help. Please read over the information in the links and run into a specific issue feel free to post it here or even they project files where you are having the problem.
