I can deploy my web project but I don’t know how to create a war file .

I know ” jar xvf MyWebApp . ” can make a war file.

now I want to know how to do at MyEclipse ?

When you create a deployment, make sure to select “Packaged Deployment” instead of “Exploded Deployment”.
