How to set coloors in the image editor?

    All I see is “Meta Key picks a color” at the bottom of the screen. Someone said that message is for Macs, how do I set the color used for a tool in Windows?

    When you select a color-tool like the fill tool, if you look to the right in the Properties, view, right above gradients, you can set the R/G/B value.
