I am developing using MyEclipse on both my laptop and desktop (they and their workspaces are in the same location on each machine). Is there an easy way (other than setting up a CVS server) to synchronize my code changes, settings and updated plugins and features between my laptop and desktop?

I have a file and directory synchronization program, but I’m at a loss as to which files to specify are synchronizable and which are machine-dependent.

    Chuck,
Everyone that tries to do this (there is a handful of users with the same setup) usually end up setting up a CVS server because it is so much nicer… HOWEVER they were all doing the sync manually, so if you do have a sync program that might make it easier. I suggest just syncing the contents of your <workspace dir> NOT including your .metadata folder, do not sync that folder, each install of Eclipse generates its own.
