My webapp has included Hibernate function.
how to upgrade it to Hibernate 3.1 rc1?
I am using myeclipse 4.0.1.

There is no testing done with Hibernate 3.1 at this point, if you want to upgrade the libs your project you will need to do it manually and you will be on your own if the mapping generation and other editor tools don’t work correctly as Hib 3.1 isn’t officially supported yet.

If I can get Hibernate upgrade by getting the MyEclipseIde upgrade first,
of course, I rather wait for the next release of MyEclipseIde.

This may not make it in until 5.0, I would suggest you might make a copy of your project and manually upgrade it to 3.1 and let us know if you run into problems. Also if you do run into problems you can revert to your old copy of the project to keeep working.
