We are planning to provide an extended hosting service soon that let’s you control the lifecycle of any app you share for sync’ing. Until then you can manually upload an HTML export of your UI to any HTML server. In the Design Center, with your design opened for editing, select the Export To HTML action from the toolbar and save to any directory you choose. Then use your favorite tool to upload the exported html to your web server.

Note, early in development I recommend disabling the Offline Support property on your design until you are ready for offline support. When you need offline support of your webapp, ensure that your server is configured to return manifest files with mimetype text/cache-manifest. If you use Apache then add

    text/cache-manifest manifest

    to your mime.types configuration file.
