    Hello Again:

Guess i’m not only checking out the MobiOne demo, but also checking out forum support. 😉

I’ve looked at the various plug-ins as noted in the JTouch video, but how do I actually use them in my programs via MobiOne Studio? The video seems to send me to the JTouch sample that is on the website, but I don’t get how to connect the actual package with MobiOne.

I’m actually interested in using JQuery within MobiOne. I’d like to use the themes. MobiOne doesn’t seem to have the ability to change the navigation bar colors yet or am I missing something?

Thanks again. MobiOne, so far, is proving to be a very nice product.

The MobiOne user community has a wide range of uses for the product. For example, there is a group of users that only use the Test Center. Such as for testing or training of their own mobile webapps. For these users, we provide the Community frameworks to show the Test Center’s use independent of the Design Center and mobile webapps generated with it.

Unfortunately we can not provide technical support for these frameworks. Instead we must refer you to their respective communities for tutorials and support. We can assist you with Test Center usage questions and any compatibility issues you may encounter using it with a current mobile web framework.

    Regards,

    Hi Wayne:

I think that you lost me with your answer. I don’t need support for JTouch usage questions. I’m on my second day with the MobiOne Studio Demo. I was trying to figure out how to plug JTouch into mobiOne Designer. From your answer, as I’m understanding it, JTouch sorts of products aren’t really for use in mobiOne Designer. Right?

    Thank you for your help.

The designer is not able to generate code for other frameworks such as JQTouch. Later this year we plan to open the design file spec to that others can customize the code-generation to meet their own purposes.

    Hello,
I think I am somewhat in the same boat as Just4Fun. I am very new to all this app stuff and have just downloaded MobiOne. I really want to learn how to use MobiOne.
My issue with jQuery is that I already made my whole mobile website using jQuery Mobile, the script work perfectly just as I want it to work.
All I want to do now is import my index.html, css and img folders into MobiOne so it can take it and do whatever it does to turn it into an iPhone app.
So I guess my question is, how can I just import my files that I have already made into MobiOne? That’s it.

    Thanks in advance.

Currently MobiOne does not support your scenario. This will limitation will soon be eliminated with our planned project support. With projects users will be able to directly manage the contents of their app. Please check back in June/July timeframe for this capability.
